Deliveries: We do not offer specific times for deliveries through web ordering. If your order needs a specific delivery time, please call the shop to schedule. Valentine’s & Mother’s Day: because of the nature of these two major holidays’, we cannot schedule specific delivery times.

Inclement weather: If the weather conditions are not suitable, we will not leave deliveries unattended. (too cold, snowy, rainy, too hot, windy…) To guarantee the quality and beauty of your order, please clarify the recipient will be available to receive their order, if possible. All orders unable to be delivered will return to the shop. If the recipient does not pick up within 24 hours, there will be a charge for redelivery.

Pick-ups: Allow 4 hours for in-store pick up orders to be completed after order is placed. If your order is finished earlier, we will do our best to let you know. All pickups ordered after 5:30pm (MST) will be ready by 12pm the following day.
