Fresh Flowers: Fresh Flower arrangements usually are beautiful for 5 to 7 days depending on what type of flowers used and how they are cared for after leaving our shop. Let us know within 48 hours if there
is an issue with your arrangement and we will be happy to replace the arrangement. Any replacements or refunds require the original item and receipt to be returned to our shop.

Plants: These gorgeous botanicals will make any living space come to life. Let us know within 72 hours of purchase if there’s an issue with your plant and we will be happy to replace it. Any replacements or refunds require the original item and receipt to be returned to our shop.

Please remember fresh flowers and plants are perishable items and when they are not cared for properly, they expire.

Gift items: With the original receipt we will be happy to replace or refund your item within 10 days of purchase.

Candy/tea/coffee: for the health/safety and protection of our customers these items cannot be returned.

In store pickup is free. Taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Due to seasonal and market availability, we reserve the decision to make vase, flower and plant substitutions. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
