Important Order Information

Deliveries: Specific delivery times are unavailable through online ordering. If you need your delivery to be made at a certain time, please contact the shop to coordinate at (720) 639-5652.

Pick-ups: Please allow 3 hours for same-day pickup orders to be completed after the order is placed. Any online pickup ordered after 2:30 PM (MST) will be ready at 11 AM the following day. For custom order pickups, please call the shop at (720) 639-5652.

As always, pre-made arrangements are available in our cooler for purchase during all business hours.

Valentine’s & Mother’s Day: Due to the nature of these two holidays and high order volume, specific delivery times are unavailable for all orders.

Inclement Weather: To guarantee the quality and beauty of your order, please clarify that the recipient will be available to receive their order if possible. Fresh flowers are delicate and fragile, and arrangements will not be left unattended if weather conditions are unsuitable (i.e., too cold, snowy, rainy, too hot, wind, etc.). All orders unable to be delivered will return to the shop. If the recipient does not pick up within 24 hours, there will be a re-delivery fee.
